Wreath Chandelier for Christmas

Today I added a wreath chandelier under my chandelier!  I used fresh greens from the pines in my front yard, a string of icy clear garland and a grapevine wreath.  I also used fishing line to tie the wreath to the chandelier.  I had these brown icicle ornaments that I have been wanting to use so I added them both to the chandelier and to the wreath for a tiered effect.  It looks really pretty when you sit at the table and look up at it!

Photography and Bokeh

I have been playing with the Christmas lights and my camera.  Still not 100% happy with how these turned out, but they are kinda cute.  I really want to make the little mask that makes shaped bokeh, but I've tried it in the past and it didn't work, but I think I did something wrong.  I will try again soon.

I love this one and how the lights are all sparkly.  Wonder how I got that to happen.  LOL!  Too bad it wasn't my amazing photography skills and more of a fluke.   The best part, this snowman is really only about 10 inches tall!

Treelighting Ceremony

Remember, Santa is watching!  Our town has a wonderful tradition in the town square.  Santa comes and all of the 3-6th graders sing Christmas carols on the front steps of the court house.  After the carols, the trees in the square are lit.  Love this Santa, don't you!?!
